Harvesting Sicklebush plays a vital role in safeguarding native trees and plants. Creates a distinct bushveld aroma when burned, enriching meat with a delightful wood-fired flavour that can only be acquired using a wild African hardwood. Intense Heat: Burns at approximately 950°C, the hottest option in our firewood range. Longest-lasting coals: Perfect for barbecuing substantial quantities of food or maintaining prolonged warmth in the hearth. Vibrant red and orange flames: Provides a stunning display of colourful fire. Lowest moisture content: Naturally sun-dried in the hot Namibian bush, our wood requires no kiln drying.
